Sessions. Don't I Wish...

Forgive my seemingly lack of ability to "embed" these at the moment... But I am just too busy, tired and spent to try and figure it out right now.

Here are 5 songs from Clay's latest album "On My Way Here" performed live for AOL's "Sessions."

Enjoy!

After the break...

*** In cases where the original video no longer exists I've done my best to provide a decent substitution... :)

I Cannot Tell A Lie...

I really, really, really enjoyed these guys... each in their own way. Today reminded me of a Saturday in May of 2003. Downloading... downloading.... downloading.

I will more than likely tuck this away into my "discreet boyfriends" file very shortly. But in the meantime... please enjoy, enjoy, enjoy as much as I have!

I truly hope each one of them soars!

Idaho? I dunno...

My daughter arranged an appointment with a real estate agent in Driggs for me last Monday. I didn't make it. I just couldn't. I'm not ready!

Even though, I guess, Idaho wouldn't be the most horrible place to live...

The potato fields are beautiful this time of year! And the rivers and streams, praries and mountains? Gorgeous.

And just 30 minutes away from my assigned plot I saw this!

And did you know that in the fall the elks shed their horns and people collect them and do all sorts of interesting things with them?

I didn't.

I could TOTALLY get with that decor but I still have to give it some time to think about it.

But then, of course, there's Jade... Who's not slowin' down at ALL in order to let me think about it...

A couple of other pictures taken in that beautiful place...

Clay content? Well, last Sunday night I caught my 21 year old daughter #2 uploading the OMWH tracks to her iPod. But I won't tell...

Whitney's Walk For Multiple Sclerosis

And they're off!

Whitney's MS walk was a smashing success! I am so proud of her for all of the hard work she put into this and grateful to all of our friends and family for being so generous in donating their time and money. Team McKee was able to raise $3,526.62 towards the fight to end MS, which was over a third of the total money raised for the Idaho Falls walk!

Team McKee...

Daryn and Baby Jade...

And even the 80 and 90 year old grandparents joined in!

It was so awesome to have this time to visit with my family!

Me and my girls.

Oh, and there were lots of other people there too...

Walk MS is the signature fundraising event of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society which funds more MS research than any other private organization. For more information on Walk MS go here.

Spamapalooza and On My Way Here.. late again.

I am behind. WAY behind.

But still, I was able to catch the funniest show on earth in NYC on April 26th and 27th.

I didn't take this picture but I wish I would've. Even just wish I'd been able to SEE him in the alley once. My old alley. *sniff*

But quick recap... 4 gals in a room, 8 traveling together. Not an easy venture logistics-wise. But we had the time of our life.

*Saves space for pictures* Wow that was quick...
*clickable*

On Monday, Cheryl, Karen and I went to see the Easter Bonnet Competition for Broadway Cares which is the annual culmination of the six-week fundraising project to raise money for aids and awareness. We had no idea what to expect and the premise of the show sounded sort of silly. Casts of thousands putting on 'skits'...

We missed him by a day. (See upper right of program.)

He was WONDERFUL... we hear. Still, the show was lots of fun on Monday too, in it's own right. Oh, and I got to see my bff Connie who was stage managing a couple of the the numbers.

*saves space for video of Tuesday*... Oh, and here it is.

Fast forward. I came home and then he closed last Sunday. And of course Shubert Alley was absolutely packed for the final farewell, though the rest of us weren't there... but Julie was.

He surprised everyone by climbing out a window and coming out onto the roof above the alley. There was no way everyone would be able to see him otherwise and I guess he knew that. He's funny. And it's good to know he has one less phobia.

And then he left, but not before reminding us to buy 6.

I only bought 3. I'm a bad fan! Can somebody else pick up the slack for me? You won't regret it. Promise.
